We strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with our photographs. However, as photographs can be easily scanned and duplicated once delivered, we must limit returns and refunds to the following conditions:

• Shots of the wrong individual, team member or team
• Defective prints (e.g., out of focus, incorrect color or density, print imperfections, or similar technical fault)

Refunds will only be honored if presented to us within 30 days of delivery.

We will notify you by phone or e-mail once we have received and processed any returned items.
